Ground Rules
- All sessions must be pre-booked and paid for online at oldparsonagerunfree.com

On arrival please park in the car park and close the farm gate behind you. Access to the field is via pedestrian gate, we will email the code 1 hr before your booking.

Please do not arrive too early for your session and ensure you exit within your time slot.

Dogs are to remain in your car until the previous user has safely put their dogs in their car. Please keep your dogs on lead until safely in the paddock and gate is closed behind you.

It is each owners responsibility to clean up after their dogs, we will provide a poo bucket and shovel ( environmentally friendly) if you would prefer to use a poo bag please take this home to dispose of. Please inform us if a mess has been left from previous users..

Please do not use the field if your dog has been poorly in the last 24hrs

We request that all dogs are up to date with their vaccinations and advise they are regularly wormed and treated for fleas and ticks

The field is to be used by over 18’s any under 18yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Please do not lean or sit on any equipment or fencing

Please do not allow your dog to dig, our 6ft fencing is secure but digging and climbing dogs must be supervised at all times. Escapees are the responsibility of the owner and not old parsonage run free

We recommend owners bring water on warmer days for their dogs

Due to the nature of the field the ground may be uneven and we recommend you wear suitable footwear

The flying of drones or any other similar device is not permitted without prior consent.

The field is to be used for the sole purpose of dog walking

On exit please remove all waste and rubbish. Pull the internal pedestrian gate to and leave the external gate open.

The field will be inspected daily for waste and/or any damage but please inform us if you see something we have missed.

We reserve the right to ask people to leave the premises if the rules are being broken and we have the right to cancel a booking at any time.
